At Pocket Shop, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

All purchases made on Pocket Shop are final. Once an order has been successfully placed, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all products, including regular-priced, discounted, and promotional items.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide full support and arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Inspection & Reporting

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing shoppocketofficial@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect

  • Unboxing video or proof (if available)

Our team will review the submitted evidence. Once the issue is verified and approved, a replacement will be arranged.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

As all products are made available on a final-sale basis, we do not accept:

  • Returns due to change of mind

  • Refund requests for non-damaged or non-defective items

  • Exchanges for size, color, or personal preference

  • Returns or refunds on discounted or promotional products


Replacement Eligibility

A replacement will be issued only if one of the following conditions is met:

  • The item received is damaged

  • The item is defective

  • An incorrect item was delivered

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The issue must be reported immediately and within the stipulated 48-hour window

  • Valid proof must be provided for verification

Pocket Shop reserves the right to approve or reject replacement requests based on the evidence provided.


European Union Customers

Please note that the standard 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law does not apply to purchases made from Pocket Shop, as we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
