Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details (where applicable).


Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier partner operations, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.

  • Any additional charges such as local taxes, duties, or levies (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery Locations

  • We currently ship within India only, unless otherwise specified on the website.

  • Delivery may not be available to certain remote or restricted pin codes. In such cases, we will inform you if your order cannot be fulfilled.


Delays & Non-Delivery

Pocketshop.co.in is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

  • Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or other force majeure events

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping costs may be borne by the customer.


Damaged Packages During Transit

If you receive a package that appears damaged:

  • Please record an unboxing video (recommended)

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at  hello@pocketshop.co.in

  • Share your order number along with clear photos/videos of the issue

Replacement or resolution will be handled as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. Pocketshop.co.in will not be responsible for delays or delivery failure due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.


Tracking Support

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared (if available). Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the courier partner’s website.
