Because our products are handcrafted and made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind — but we always make it right if something goes wrong.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Just email us at hello@pocketshop.co.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo or short unboxing video. We'll send you a replacement immediately, no questions asked.
What we need from you:
Your item should be unused and in its original condition, and the issue should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

We have a 1 week return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
